ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add the items you'd like to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@homapal.com. Because we process orders quickly, we can only make changes if your order hasn't already entered the shipping process. Once an order has shipped, we're no longer able to cancel or modify it, but you're welcome to return it once it arrives.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you're welcome to check out as a guest. That said, creating an account can make future orders quicker and lets you keep track of your order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of secure payment methods, which you'll see listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, then shipped and delivered within 3 to 5 business days after that. So from order to delivery, you're generally looking at around 4 to 7 business days in total.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
Do you ship outside of Germany?
Shipping availability and timeframes for other countries may vary. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
What if my package is delayed?
While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays can happen due to factors outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us and we'll look into it for you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90 business day return window from the date you receive your order. The item should be unused and in its original condition. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page.
How do I start a return?
Email us at kontakt@homapal.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, we process it within 10 business days and let you know by email once it's been reviewed.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra business days to reflect in your account after we've processed it.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us right away with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll take care of it quickly, whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

Are your product descriptions accurate?
We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and details as accurate and up to date as possible. If you ever spot something that doesn't look right, please let us know.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we'll notify you right away and offer either a refund or an alternative, whichever you prefer.
