SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Homapal. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team gets to work on it right away. Orders are typically picked, checked, and packed within 1 to 2 business days. This handling time does not include weekends or public holidays in Germany. If we're experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of orders, for example during sale periods, please allow a little extra time for your order to be processed — we'll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Delivery Time

After your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days. This applies to standard deliveries within Germany. So, from the moment you click "buy" to the moment your package arrives, the total time is usually somewhere between 4 and 7 business days when you combine handling and shipping.

Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Occasionally, factors outside of our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs processes (for international orders) can affect the actual delivery date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown to you at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises. Any applicable shipping fee will depend on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don't receive a tracking email within a couple of days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, and if you still can't find it, feel free to reach out to us.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before the package ships.

International Shipping

If we currently offer shipping outside of Germany, additional delivery times may apply depending on the destination country, and customs fees or import duties may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost.

Delays and Issues

We work with reliable shipping partners, but delays can occasionally happen. If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch with us and we'll look into it on your behalf. We're here to help and want to make sure your package reaches you without unnecessary stress.
