REFUND POLICY
At Homapal, we want you to be genuinely happy with what you've ordered. If something isn't quite right, here's how our returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You have 90 business days from the date you receive your order to send it back to us. We know that's a generous window compared to most stores, and that's intentional — we'd rather you take your time and be sure about your decision than feel rushed into keeping something you're not satisfied with.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging wherever possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or damage that wasn't there when it was delivered.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply contact us by email at kontakt@homapal.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please don't send anything back before reaching out to us first, as returns sent without prior contact may experience delays.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your return within 10 business days. We'll send you an email to let you know once the return has been received and whether the refund was approved.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account after we've processed it on our end.
If you haven't received a refund within the timeframe above, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it can sometimes take a little time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at kontakt@homapal.com and we'll look into it.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund, let us know when you reach out to us about your return. We'll do what we can to arrange a replacement item, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll sort this out quickly, whether that means a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
